Lai previously represented Hong Kong internationally as a track and field sprint athlete - securing Hong Kong’s first gold medal in the 4 x 100 meters relay in the 2013 Asian Athletics Championships, and represented Hong Kong at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and the Men's 4 × 100 meters relay in London 2012.

Lai currently works in wealth management for a multinational investment bank and serves as a committee member of Pinnacle Project to help Hong Kong's top athlete's excel.

Zhang is a former Hong Kong tennis player, having held the title of Hong Kong’s No.1 for 11 consecutive years from 2007 to 2018. She is Hong Kong’s all-time Fed Cup statistical leader - with 37 total wins, and 11 years of service. Zhang also achieved the highest WTA singles ranking of any Hong Kong woman, ranking No.184 in 2011.
Beyond her statistical records, Zhang also represented Hong Kong in several major tournaments, notably taking home silver (women’s singles) and bronze (women’s doubles) at the 2013 Asian Championships in Bangkok - a result that brought tennis back to the elite sports system in Hong Kong, continuing the development of Hong Kong’s top tennis talent
While Zhang has retired from the sport , she now serves as a committee member of Pinnacle Project, uplifting Hong Kong’s top athletes on their journey to the international sporting stage

Cecilia Yeung Man-Wai is a former Hong Kong athlete, holding Hong Kong’s women’s high jump record since 2016. She represented Hong Kong in numerous competitions, capturing silver at the 2017 Asian Athletics Championships and bronze at the 2017 Asian Indoor Games.

Yeung was Hong Kong’s first full-time professional female high jumper - her Hong Kong record high jump of 1.88m still stands to this day after Yeung set the record in 2017 at the Asian Grand Prix in Taipei, breaking her own previous record.
Yeung now serves as a committee member of Pinnacle Project, leveraging her years of experience to help Hong Kong’s top athletes find their next breakthrough.



Former member of the official Hong Kong Karate team, Lee represented the city from 2009 before retiring in 2023.
Lee currently serves as a member of the Athletes Committee for the Olympic Council of Asia and Hong Kong Olympic Committee, in addition to running his own martial arts school - BeSMOVE Karate Fitness.

Lee now aims to propel the next generation of top-performing athletes keen to represent Hong Kong.

A multiple championship-winning Hong Kong racing driver, Darryl now oversees his own racing team, Craft Bamboo Racing. Darryl also leads his agency, CBR Media - with a primary focus on providing tailored marketing, public relations, and talent management services for clients in Asia.

Pinnacle Project allows him to support and elevate Hong Kong’s emerging sports professionals, especially from a marketing and PR perspective.




Splitting duties as a businessman and racing driver, Jonathan Hui is a three-time GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup champion. His success on the race track in the world’s most competitive GT racing championship has led to a steady increase in mainstream media coverage in Hong Kong, and as a result a growing interest in the sport locally.

Hui’s latest project focuses on philanthropic efforts to elevate and support the next generation of professional Hong Kong athletes.
